Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available within the continental United States for an additional $9.00. Your order will deliver in-stock merchandise within 3 business days of shipment. Please provide a street address. No P.O. boxes. We may have items due to size or availability that are not available for rush delivery. These will be noted in the product copy as well as in the checkout. Rush charge still applies to orders which qualify for free shipping.
Our apologies, but Rush Delivery is not available on promotional merchandise.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, you may feel free to return it for a full refund or exchange within 6 months, less shipping and handling. Every order arrives with an itemized invoice and contains complete return instructions.
International Orders
All orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are subject to the following conditions:
- Your order must total a minimum of $50 (U.S. funds) for merchandise.
- Actual shipping charges will be added and billed to your credit card after your order has been placed. This is due to the fact that we are required to ship 'by weight', which cannot occur until the products in your order are collected (most International orders fall between $45 and $60 for shipping).
- A processing charge of $10.00 per order will be added.
- It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
- Disney products are not able to be ordered outside Canada or the U.S.
- All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered.
- At this time, we will not fulfill orders to the following countries, as we cannot insure package deliveries to Mexico, Costa Rica, Laos, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia, Iraq and Iran.
